How To Use Task Manager Windows 10

Windows 10 does run a lot of background processes . . .

From your screenshot, your processor, GPU, network and disc are but ticking over nicely . .

Your RAM usage does seem high

Click on the Processes Tab in Task Manager

Click on the RAM column header, so the pointer faces down

Please provide a screenshot of that window

no need to worry, this is normal for Windows x. In dissimilarity of previous Windows versions it runs each service every bit a separate process and starts other processes for a seemless and unnoticeable work of many different functions.
